                                      Peter M – Good snapper reported in Corio Bay

                                      Tyler L – 20 Trevally caught in the Queenscliff boat harbor

Competition Results: 1st: Brad C - 590g Trevally

                                        2nd: Jason B - 460g Trevally

                                        3rd: Wayne H- 450g Trevally

 

King/Queen Barwon outing Points: 1st: Brad C - 590g Trevally

GENERAL BUSINESS 

 

Raffle tickets are to be returned to the club by 30/8 for draw on Saturday 30th August

 

John T and Ron C reported to the Geelong District Angling Club Association meeting. At the meeting it was noted that water police will be targeting offshore vessels for equipment such as epirb’s and parachute flares, also discussed at the meeting was that Geelong City has money available for grants.  

 

The Club Esky discussed at the last two meetings has arrived. Thanks to Jason B for doing all the research and ordering of the new Esky  

 

Trailer – A motion was raised by Wayne H to purchase some touch up paint for the trailer, the motion was seconded by Ron C and passed by the attendees of the meeting

Another motion was raised by Wayne H to purchase some chain to support the BBQ door on the trailer, Seconded by Ron C and passed by the attendees of the meeting
