General Business:

Upcoming Raffles

Barwon Heads Festival of the Sea March 15th – Raffle will be held and drawn on the day @ 3pm Prizes are to be 1st Rod, 2nd $50 Ocean Grove Pizza & Pasta Voucher, 3rd Fishing Knife

 

It was agreed to by the members present that only we will not hold an Easter raffle this year as the amount raised in previous years was limited.

 

Members Incentive

Jason B put forward some ideas on giving a little more back to the members of the club

·       Members draw to be drawn at each meeting $25 Queescliff Bait and Tackle Voucher Jackpot if winning member is not in attendance

·       Outing Prizes – winning competition member to receive an Ocean Grove Angling Club Stubby Holder

·       Competition BBQ – club to provide Food for a BBQ at each event

Indicative costs to club to provide above benefits $1200pa

Membership cards

Richard to produce with a membership number on the front to assist if a member’s draw goes ahead

 

Festival of the Sea – will be held Sun 15nd of March, the club will be attending and manning a stall all members are invited to assist on the day
